So after a weekend of eating like shit ( not much eating at all) and drinking more than I have since college , but that's what happens when your college roomate gets married and you get reunited with some old friends.
I slept about 14hrs last night and woke up and started eating to my schedual again.
Went to the gym at 12 which I didn't want to go - still feel tired !

I think it's going to take me a few days to get back to normal - but I will try and get two gallons of fluid into me today and tomorrow , that should help me for my Wednesday workout.
