SOunds good, D. The raw strength is the most important thing to me right now.
THe big reason I like the shirt is because it takes all of my shoulders out of it and that has always been my big issue.
At 300lbs my shoulder ack the next day but with 500lbs my shoulders feel amazing the next day.
Since I'm going into my third week of this I will continue and change a few things around to hit my weak points ie: dips , floor presses , Good morning, etc..

Nov 10th
Deadlifts warmup to 355x5 405x3 445 x1
I think I hit my 95% with the last one. It was hard to get up , but I could have gotten 2 . As you can see I need to work on my deadlift.
Also did 2 sets of Pull thru's and 2 sets of Goodmornings.
Did a bit of abs too

The only reason I can bench more than I can pull is because I had a shirt on.
Honestly I'm not sure what my weak points are so I'm going to work on all points with Pulldowns , GM's , Pullthru's , Pull ups , Rows....Anything that will get my hams, lowerback and abs/core stronger

I'd throw in some lunges or split squats, etc. just to get some extra hip/glute/etc work in there. GM's and Pullthroughs are awesome, but ime the single leg stuff really helps strengthen that area.
