Dips with 38lbs in chains 2x8
Flat DB press 1x8 at 90's
Woke up at 4:15 was at the gym by 4:45 and was finished by 5:50. I took me forever to warmup this morning , everything felt heavy so I started with the flat bench , then before I got to my working sets I went to the incline and the flat db presses . Came back to the flat bench and nailed out the 6 sets with 285 - Although it still felt heavy it was lighter than at first. Finished off with the dips .
