Looking strong and pretty large.
Just wondering, do you always do your chin ups with that ROM? From that angle it looked like you could have taken it quite a bit higher.

IW - I'm sure I could have gone higher , but my face comes just a bit over the bar or right to it and with my long arms I feel that's good enough .

I just do full ROM on pretty much everything but thats how I roll. lol Seems to be working for you so keep up the good work.

Nov 13th
Squat
warmup 45x8 , 135x5,225x5,315x3
Working sets - 345x5 , 400 x 5 , 450x5 + 5
This was def a PR for me , 10 reps at 450 . I set up my camera because I new I was going for broke with this and gues what ? It fucking died before I even got the first set off. Oh well , next week will be more weight.
Front Squats 3x12 @ 135 - Even before this my legs were killing me so I didn't want to push the weight , just thought I would rep out.
Ended with Leg Curls and Extensions S.S 3 sets 15 reps.

Bench 225x5 , 245x5 , 265x5+4 (9)
Video for the last set coming
Floor presses - 2x10 with 225 and 1x7 with 225 , grip moved in closer for last set. Video for this too
Dips with 35lb chains 3x10. Finally added weight.
Tricep pushdowns and Hammer curls to finish off.

Deadlift -
320x5 , 370 x 5 , 420 x 5+2 ( grip was giving out , should have re-set and did a few more )
Pull Through 3x15 @ 130
Lat Pull Down 3x12@130 - Light
Abs.
Early morning workout again , so trained on empty stomach. 3 scoops of Vascocharge pre workout , 2L with 5 scoops xtend durning and 2.5 scoops of Dark Matter post workout .
