This bird has wings :D

Hey I like the nice retraction your getting at the finish of the racks. They look good. You should try to hold your shoulders back and scapula in a retracted position from the beginning as much as you can. Rather than pulling them back at the end such as a row. Not that this will always be possible to achieve..it's just a good habit.

i thought about that after...i remember robertson mentioning in one of the neanderthal articles about stopping at the top and just holding the retraction...i'll try to work both in next time. until i feel comfortable with pressing i'm probably just gonna rotate two workouts...this one...and a front squat workout. i'll throw in some pushups too...so i can keep the boobs up to size

and thanks fellas. :)

wolf that was payback for that crotch shot you had awhile ago in one of your vids :) and talo just likes looking at me from the back :)

hops i love rack pulls. it felt so good to pull today. i missed it. alot

and i love reverse lunges. it's easier to step backward in the right line than it is forward for me...not sure why...feels more natural. definitely felt it in the pc.

Me too. I don't like forward lunges. Unless I am doing walking lunges....

Oh, I think you took me wrong. I think your doing a great job with the finish and you get a very nice retraction. And truthfully a lot of people put the bar down like it's a hot potato after barely locking out so relatively speaking you are kinda holding the retraction, lol. If you want to hold it longer at times, which I also do, that's great too.

What I was getting at is I'm not sure how much you are trying to pull your shoulders back and extend the t-spine (which will retract the scapula) from the BEGINNING. This protects the shoulders and is something you need to learn to do as much as possible.

i always feel like i'm not stepping correctly. it's easier to pull my back leg up...then it is to push off.
