lower/upper mobility/front plate squats
rack pulls - 210, 1 x 5...1 x 8
superset one:
reverse lunges - 45, 3 x 8
pullups - 12.5 pounds, 10...8...7
superset two:
side loaded planks - 5 pounds, 2 x 40 sec.
prone trap raise - 2.5's, 2 x 15
double leg dead bug - 2 x 30 sec.
another solid 40 minute workout
planks were fucking tough. got vids of the first set of pullups...and last set of lunges. the pullups are mainly for talo's benefit.
and...with the vagina like song in the pullups video...i needed to make up for it with a better song.

lunges: might be stepping too far back on these...but i like the work the depth does.
