slideboard lunges: 80 x 3...85, 3 x 3
uni mp: 55 x 3....50, 3 x 3

hip extensions: +25, 1 x 14....2 x 45 sec. statics
db rows: 60, 3 x 6

pallof's and cuff stuff

need to get some fractional plates......ready for zee weekend.

long workout...very tiring. easy week next week.

thanks brutha. i'm very curious to see what my max chinup is getting too. i might give the pistols a little break for a bit....not sure yet...deload next week...very ready...especially after today...i gotta juggle some things around. i think neutral bench is going to stick around for awhile....like 3 weeks ago it was a struggle to hit 155 for 3...and 165 really wasn't that bad this week.
