front low box squats:
-125, 2 x 5, 1 x 7
-unilateral rdl's - 55, 3 x 10
-cable rows - 70, 3 x 15 w/ 15 sec scaption hold at the end
-rollouts - 2 x 10
-bent over trap raises - 5's, 2 x 11 w/10 second hold on last rep
plus....i did 2 unilateral box squats on each leg in between every set...think i hit a total of...34 on each leg.
and video of the rdl's....don't laugh when i almost fall on the second rep of left leg
