Once you adapt and get used to the movement your squat will fly up.Your depth was good too which is a good sign, some folks have to start on a high box to go wide.

Ass shot was great, will wank over that later LOLz

mobility and foam today....pretty sore....hips and hammies especially. also stopped in to see the physical therapist...he just got certified to do ASTYM...newish soft tissue treatment...kinda like graston, yet it works the whole kinetic chain instead of just the spot that is symptomatic. so i'm gonna call my doc and have him hook me up so i can be a guinea pig :)

7/15

military press: 120 x 1 x 2...110 x 1 x 2

pushups: +25...3 x 15

chinups: +5....3 x 5

side bends: 25...2 x 11

double leg lowering: 3 x 2

rc circuit

i was pretty gassed after the 120's...so i didn't even try 115....but 120 is up five pounds from...like 3 weeks ago when i last MP'd. reps were up on pushups...pretty happy. i think in two weeks i'll hit some doubles on MP instead...got a vid of the first 120...definitely got a sticking point :)

Take a vid from the side if you can, I think I saw something in your setup but I can't confirm without seeing your side profile.

Nice press, Pity.

Wrists seem fine. I'm thinking its an alignment thing. I went through a period where I 'stalled' on mp and had the same sticking point as you, turned out I was a bit off on my alignment and once I corrected that my mp was moving again.

It may not seem like it but its a very technical exercise, alot of people do it wrong. I'm not saying you're doing it wrong for sure, but you might need a little tweak. :)
