How high are the plates from you floor when you're doing rack pulls?

my best bench is 215.....so a little ways to go....i could have gotten another ten pounds probably but that would have had me at too many reps over 90% for a deload

i arched too much too...upset the old bulging disc injury...it's feeling a lot better now tho....lesson learned.

andersons fucking killed me. i saw stars. bought some straps for them...i like it that way. they are brutal on the core....which is exactly what i need for the next month. so they are in. as is military press...and i think sumo's. time to lay down.

I used the straps too. Definitely works very well. My wrists are bad but I have been able to train up to a clean grip proper with three (or is it two) fingers on the bar. But I started with straps. I absolutely abhor the cossack "cross grip" thing.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
