stepups: 20, 2 x 10
ss w/
bw pullups: 10, 8......no rest anywhere

swiss ball rollouts: 2 x 16


i think this month...i'm gonna go vagina on the accessories...light weight...higher reps. on my first pull it felt like i pulled an intercostal...still feels kinda dodgy...but i think it'll be ok after a nice hot shower.

well..had a fever tuesday night....slept maybe ten minutes all night...coughing too. coughing is still around but i feel "normal" everywhere else....so...enjoying a little break.
