conc. gm's: 90, 3 x 10
pistol box squats: 2 x 10
rows: 95, 4 x 5
neutral grip barbell rollouts: 70 pounds on bar, 2 x 10
very quick workout...neutral rollouts felt gooder on the shoulder. 305 could be a pr....but i've never tried singles on rack pulls. time for foods.
