yeah....just some different jumps...get a little force absorption training in it was in bulletproof knees so i figured i would give it a shot.

oh squats: 60 x 4, 50 x 4, 40 x alot

chins: +70 x 1, +45 x 5 both prs.

gotta work on oh squats a bit...mainly upper body flexibility...wrists get really pissed when i go wide on the grip...too narrow and the weight has a tendency to drift forward on me.

split squats: 95, 3 x 5
mp: 95, 4 x 3

chins: +32.5 x 5, +35 x 5 x 2
slideboard leg curls: 3-5 second eccentrics, 2 x 15


gonna work on some linear progression for awhile...i think i'm gonna stick with pistols instead of split squats...wednesday is going to be a very interesting/different day.

medley: time to beat next time, 23:10

db snatches - 30 x 3, 25 x 3, 25 x 3
tgu's - 25, 3 x 3
db swings - 30 x 10, 25 x 10, 25 x 10
pullups - 3 x 8

did some medicine ball pushups after that and some zerchers...just feeling 'em out.
