inverted rows: +15 x 12, 10....+10, 2 x 10

combo waiter walk/suitcase carry with 25 on top and 35 on bottom...2 x 35 sec.

rotating plank: 2:50



8/16

sumos: 240 x 5, 230 x 3, 230 x 4

offset suitcase carries: 20k and 8k x 1:05, 1:20
eccentric emphasis pistols: 2 x 10

slideboard leg curls: +25 x 9, 7

very happy eating this much...and only this much had a job interview today...within luck, i'll have a sit downish job...and i won't have to eat 3k cals a day
