I was also curious about this. Since I don't have a gym partner, I was wondering how I could learn it on my own (if at all possible).


I don't see anyone doing this at my gym, so I'm a little weary of dropping weights (though I won't have to worry about this for awhile since I'm a noob).

on eric's site.. www.groundupstrength.com there are some olympic lift tutorials that are worth a watching

cheers for the replies so far
im really keen to get to gym and giving it a go..
Do you notice much size/definition increase? obviously im guessing with such a lift there's going to be some but is it more just for power/strength?

im a soccer player, would this exercise be much benefit to me?
Apologies for the noob like questions

Just never had any exposure to this lift nor speak to anyone who does it
