Well guys, I have been doing what I said I was with not as much on Fridays because I just ran a 5K this past Monday. I am not really seeing results, just the same I have been. This is very frustrating! I just want a trainer lol, that would help.

well jagsfan05....how has your strength improved? wait, let me list the posibilites of why you have not gained:

1.) your strength has not increased...this means that the weight you lifted on Day one of the program is the same as the last day of the program

2.) your diet was crappy

3.) you did not sleep well

4.) you havent specified set/reps so i dont know what to say in respect to that...

now what you COULD do is:

1.) analyse your lack of progress and find the problem area

2.) isolate the probleam area

3.) find a solution

4.) begin stonewarrior's program AGAIN with the necessary changes or PM 0311 for help..

best of luck

Andalite

My diet is very crappy. I have tried changing it starting last night. I really haven't been eating 3 meals a day, so my first goal is to really start trying that. I have already pmed 0311 for help too with a program.
