ME Squat Day

Pulled sumo today for ME and hit a nice little PR of 380lbs.I wanted desperately to hit 390 but I only just moved it off the floor.Did 5 sets of GHRs after and 4 sets of heavy abs.Good day, I really want to hit a 400 pull, just gotta do the work to get there.

ME Squat Day 6/10/08
Sumo Deadlift 1x1 150kg,165kg (380lbs PR) 1xM 170kg
GHRs BW 5x7
Abs Pulldowns With A Twist 4x10 72.5kg

GHRs were alot easier today, once I can do 50 + reps Ill put my hands behind my head to make it harder.(I currently place them on my chest)

GPP -7/10/08

Dragged sled in thick grass for about 17mins.I did 5 passes with 60kg and then stripped the weight to 30kg to keep going for a while longer.I basically just pulled forwards.Glutes were torched.

I started a recomp diet aswell last week, basically running a Timed carb diet throughout the week and carbups will be weekends.Just looking to lose a couple inches of the belly and still build strength.I'll probs have my higher volukme days near the weekend carbups.
