Decline Bench

WOrked upt to 345 x2
DB flat presses 3x8 w/ 85's
Tricep work
Back work ( pull downs and chins )

July 9th

Reverse Bands in cage.
135x10
225x8
315x4
405x3x3
495x2
585x1x3

I was going to do speed squats when I hit the 405 mark , but I changed my mind and just continued with the weight. I used the green bands and this was done RAW.

Banded Back Extensions ( green band )
3x12

Banded GM's
2x12

Ab work on decline.

5 days left.

Weight is at 226.6lbs so I don't think I will have a problem hitting 220>

I also received my new shirt last week and was able to make it into the gym and try it on. I touched 405 with it . Still undecided if I'm going to use it for the meet , maybe for my last lift and hit a PR with it.

Came in at 98.4kgs (216.5lbs). Time to put it back on !!!
