Just got back from a nice trip to the mountains.
I was sore for about 3 days after this last workout , so the rest was needed. I am going to try and do this 300 program twice a week (atleast once , if things get busy ) along with my normal workout program. I feel that my endurance needs to get better and if I can decrease my times on this program it shouldn't take long to feel the effects.

Aug 25th
4:45am
Decline Bench 3x3 @ 325lbs - I missed the second one, only hit too . So for the 3rd set I waited a bit longer and made my grip a bit wider and hit 3
Incline Bench 3x10 @185lbs - felt great
DB shoulder Press 3x10,8,6 @65's - Didn't wait too long in-between sets maybe 30 secs
One Arm Cable Pushdowns 3x10 @40 - Easy , felt nice , good stretch.
Hanging Leg Raises 3x10
Not a bad workout considering the time and the only thing in my stomach were some BCAA's ( mixed up 25g ) that I drank during my workout. I also took some videos today (first time) so hopefully I will be able to load them up when I get home tonight.

Here are the videos. Since I haven't done this before I thought I would get 3 different angles , then I will know which has the best view for later.
Set 1
Set 2
set 3
Sure can tell at this angle how much my left over powers my right for the first 2 sets
