have not slept well the last two nights...not sure what it is...just wake up at 2 a.m. from weird dreams and then think i'm done sleeping
diets still on par...but...eh....just felt weak today...especially my shoulders....holding up the bar for andersons was very hard for some reason.....kinda pisses me off cuz last week i was firing on all cylinders for these. we'll see what next week brings...ready for some R and R over the weekend. was pretty happy about the pullups...i think +30 for 5 reps is doable next week.
