last friday i did some deads....i think...212.5 x 5, and 180 x 9...uni rdl's +20 x 30...neutral bench 137.5, 2 x 5...and some inverted rows.
and monday...did some hang cleans and some press medley...increased weight from last week...chinups 37.5 x 5, 35 x 5 x 2...and some slideboard leg curls and pallofs
today was outside day...
round 1: db snatches w/25, 3 per side...sled drag with 85 pounds for about 2 minutes...grass is growing, shit was hard...25 bodyweight pushups...1 single tgu with 25 on each side.
round 2: db snatch w/25 x 3 per side...sled drag with 85 pounds for 2 minutes...11 tree pullups...10 reverse crunches
round 3: db snatch w/25 x 3 per side...sled drag with 60 pounds x 2 minutes...11 tree pullups...1 single tgu per side with 25.
30 minutes. tiring. fun. snatches are alot more fun outside...working out outside is more fun. kinda weird only banging out 25 pushups...when i can hit like 14 with a 45 pound plate on my back...
