The doc said the more muslce I gain in that area the better off I will be. Kinda like using those muscles to take over the work of the tendons an pull everything back together in the area. I guess its kind of dangerous benching heavy and all, but its the best way to build the muscle in the area.

Saterdays workout:
Deads 255x5,265x5,285x5
Incline bench 155x8,165x8
hammer curl 45x8x2
lying tri ext 30x8x2
db pull over 20x10x3
Notes:
For some reason I really wasnt into this workout, I just wasnt focused at all. Deads were very easy, I could have gone much heavier but I guess its good I am leaving space to increment.
wt is sitting at 256 still, thats a good sign, I'm seeing some recomp at this point which is exactly what i'm looking for.

Tuesdays workout:
bench 225x5,235x5,255x3
row 295x5,305x5,325x3
SLDL 175x8,185x8
db curl 50x8x2
tri ext 45x8x2
SAPO 25x10x2
Notes:
My shoulder pain from last week is completely gone, and it appears that my colar bone is protruding less then before. Good sign, what I'm doing must be working so far. I'm also sweating a lot lately, like a beast, even when I'm just standing around. I'm a little disapointed with myself, I havent done cardio all week. I finally got my elip fixed, but I havent put all the body panels back on. I will start up strong with that again next week. Looking forward to squats tonight !!!

hhahah thats a bit misleading pity, its a row machine, the kind that you put plates on. If it was bb row, i'd cut a decent amount off that number, but I dont think my shoulder is ready for that just yet.

Thusday:
Squat 255x5,265x5,285x3
OHP 140x5,145x5,160x3
BB curls 90x8x2
Pull Down 190x8x2
tri push down 80x8x2
db pull over 55x10x2
Wt: 252
Notes:
I need to switch up the standing overhead press to seated, my stabilizers cant handle all that wieght after squating. I can push the bar fine, but my legs are like jello and its not safe. I switched from single arm pull overs to double, it felt pretty good. I'm very suprised at the my wieght this morning. Normally when using 4ad trans I would have put on 10lbs by now. I'm down 4 which means there is a decent amount of recomp going on.

I decided to lay off the wieghts and take a week off. I've been pushing the shoulder a little more then I should be lately, so I thought it could use a break. We are also testing people for black belt this weekend, so I dont want to be all sore from going hard in the gym. I"ve been working mostly on flexibility and cardio this week, I finally have my eliptical fixed, thank god.
Things are looking very good so far, I will check my wieght on friday morning again to see what kind of progress there is on that front. On the PH side, the 4ad has definately kicked in, I'm seeing increased acne, and obviously strength gains. I switched up from epimax to epidrol this week, I'll let you know any differences.

I guess I should update this journal, since i've been pretty lazy about it lately. I've only hit the gym a few times in the last few weeks. Work, and interviews and a ton of other shit has gotten in the way. But I should be able to focus more in the next coming weeks. Wt is still 260lbs.
I have finished up my cycle, and I'm starting my pct today. I'll post my protocol at the bottom of the page. I finished up flat benching 285x3, and squatting 315x3 which isnt too bad. I'm suprised my shoulder has stabilized this much to be able to push that kind of wieght again, so soon after the injury. I'd rather not push my luck though, so I'm switching up to a hypertrophy program while I'm in pct. I will start my wieghts off low again, and use a planned progression to work my way back up. I'm going to include a lot more DB work, and focus on losing some of this extra bodyfat I have sittin around.
I need to adjust my diet so I will be asking for some advice on that, I've had about enough of this low carb shit. And I need to focus on what I'm putting in my body more, I've become to lax over the last few weeks.
PCT:
Tamox: 40/30/20/10
Activate Ex: 6 caps ed
ATD: if needed
Alpha Male: 3 caps ed
Pro liver: 3 caps ed
Red yeast Rice: 3 caps ed
Other Supps:
Xfactor: 4 gels ed (50 days)
Leviathan Reloaded + E: 1 LR + 6mg E, 3x ed
Turkesterone: 1 cap (500mg) with each meal
Cialabol (CEE + banaba) 1 cap with each carb meal
Citruline Malate: 4g ed
beta alanine: 3g ed
I'm need to work on my diet and training, so I'll post those up later.

Good luck on your goals Hrdgain, I feel your pain on the low-carb crap and what hypertrophy program are you planning on? Just curious.
