ME Bench Day DELOAD

Hit a sweet as doulble today, got 100kg on the bar for 2, nice , I been after that a while, pinned me more times than I can remember.Did it for 3 off a 3 board next, just to hit my lockout .Then did pullups tris and military press for a couple sets.Did a bit more than planned but did 1 or 2 sets only.Felt great after.

ME Bench Day Deload 30/6/09

Bench 1x2 100kg (PR)
3 Board 1x3 100kg
Pullups 1x5 BW+10kg 2x3 BW+15kg
Rolling Tris 3x8 10kg,15kg,20kg ea
Military Press 1x6 40kg

Surprised my military press wasnt worse then that, tweaked my low back doing them tho, stay tight!!

I am blaming Pity, peer pressure is the only reason I did those presses!!

ME Squat Day DELOAD

Bah worked up nice on the box today, got to my last set (a PR attempt) and when I hit the box my belt (a shitty velcro one) popped loose and started to give out hahaha fucker I had to dump it cos I lost my air, didnt try it again just did some abs.Fuck it deload done.Gonna hit alot of low box squats next cycle, need strength/power in the hole.Hips are weak I think.

ME Squat Day 2/7/09

Box Squat 1x1 140kg, 150kg, 1xM 157.5kg
Ab Rollouts BW +20kg 1x10, + A few attempts at standing ones.

ME Squat Day

Did real low box squats today.Things just felt off, I aint trained on this low box for a while, strength was there but I just felt slow, Hips are still sore, I wanted to use a wider stance and really work them but no go, went with a real close stance. I did heaps of stretching and mobility stuff in between sets to get loose but they wouldnt co-operate! Cut my squats off after a double with 3 plates, moved to GMs, did some real good sets with 80kg on the bar, I get way more outta GMs when I dont go too heavy.Finished with bulgarian split squats and reverse crunches.

ME Squat Day 6/7/09

Low Box Squat Close Stance 1x1 120kg, 1x2 120kg
GMs Wide 5x5 80kg
Reverse Crunch 5x10 BW
Bulg. Spilit Squat 2x10 5kg, 10kg ea

ME Bench Day

Hells yeah, great day today, nailied 108.5kg on the bench for a PR, very happy. The fucker took literally 10 secs to lockout but I got it.Did a heavy double of a 2 board after and then moved to cg inclines, these were great too, felt very strong all day.Finished with lats and delts and extra tris.Great workout.

2 Board 1x2 101kg Ugly 2nd rep
Inc CG Bench 3x6 55kg
Hammer Grip Pullups 1x5 BW+5kg 4x5 BW+10kg
Laterals & Front raises 50 reps
Band Pushdowns 2x10 1x8 Orange+Yellow Band
