DE Bench Day

Did a few sets of 5s and 3s off the 3 board to start with, a couple with normal grip and a couple close grip.Threw the yellow bands on after and did my speed work, used full rom and 2 brd.Finished with rows some tris and delts.Pretty tired!!

ME Squat Day

Started off on box squats to day then threw the suit on and worked up a little, I havent been getting in this thing enough.Anyways my form still sux in the suit but thats not a surprise considering I havent been in it for a while.Hit 415lbs straps down easy, def good for more weight there, will get in it everyweek for a while to build confidence then work straps up too.Skipped GMs cos the squat work took ages and did 4 sets GHRs 1 set of Bulgarians and had to cut it there, had to go out.

Awesme work. Looks to me like you might need ~1" more depth on a few of those reps. Could just be me/camera angle.
