Yeah !

I guess you get a bonus there - I hate when the gym has people in it. I need to get my own place up soon.

Thanks.

Sept 5th

Box Squats 3x3 @ 415 ( Finally got a chance to use the belt that my wife bought me over a year ago. Due to an injured knee I haven't gone as heavy as I have wanted to. Everything seems to be holding up nice )

Leg Press 2x15 @ 410 ( wanted to get in 20 , but I just couldn't do it)

Stiff Legged Deadlifts 2x10 @ 135 ( againg , I started off with 225 , but only got 5 - I could feel the pull in the back of my knee and in all I was basically cooked by this time anyways - so I used this as a good hamstring stretch)

Ab and Calf work

Finished of with 8x3 speed bench 135 plus chains

Decline press 3x3 @340
db press 3x8 @ 80
Upright rows 3x8 @ 95
skull crushers 3x8 @ 115
planks

This was a great workout . Strong as fact from coming off a night shift.nothing a bit of e/c couldn't fix, LOL. Going to hit 350 next week.

Planks were the hardest part since I haven't done them in awhile

Thanks Guys ! ( all I can do is laugh Hopper , )

Erice - I'm doing the uprights only because it's been a year (I think) since my shoulder has had any kind of issues at all. The weight that I use is very light ( 25lb on each side) so it gives me a good stretch when done low and correct.
It's funny that you said anything ,because my wife asked me the samething yesterday. Guess what I told her ?

I also found one of my old training books and was looking thru it and found that my max decline press in March was 340lbs for a set of 3. It wasn't done 3x3 as it was something like 275 x3 300 x 3 and 340 x3. I also did a floor press for 2 sets of 3 at 375.
Then on March 10th I did 315x3x3 - So If I can remember right (which I can't) then 340lbs 3x3 is a PR and I'm going to kill it. However I'm doing things a bit different this time around - I will be getting a nine day rest between my Max Effort bench day. So my shoulders and chest should have a nice long recovery time.

I have also been taking Cissius by primaforce for about 3 weeks now and I have had ZERO problems with my shoulders and elbows.
