hip extensions: +25...1 x 13....30 sec. and 35 sec. statics

pallof's and cuff stuff.

pistols: 26, 26, 31, 26 x 3

chins: 47.5, 52.5, 50, 47.5 x 3
single leg rack pulls: 115, 120, 125, 115 x 3

planks: +10, 2 x 50 sec.

tiring day.

light plyo's

trap bar deads: 220 x 5, 210 x 5

pushups: +45...15, 14
neutral inverted rows: +16, 3 x 6
slideboard leg curls: 13....10 w/ 3 second eccentric

side planks: +5....55, 50 sec.

had some issues with neck posture in the first pulls...i forgot my mental cues during my time off from deads fixed in second set.

220 deads w/ bad neck posture:


210 w/ better neck posture:
