I used to be like that too, not a clue what causes it though, but what I did was eat something tiny, like maybe 1 egg or 1 piece of toast...maybe even less than that and work your way up to a decent...

You want to get bigger then eat more and do heavy compound lifts, you don't work out your legs at all, heavy leg lifts will make your whole body grow...so that, and again, calories, shove food down...

It depends on how much weight your lifting and goals, some will for example squat or bench just the bar 5-10 times and slowly move up to their 400+ lb lifts, if for example your only benching 140lbs...
